This Shipping Policy outlines how Clean Power Store processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through www.cleanpowerstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below. 

Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and order verification. Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Locations

Clean Power Store currently ships orders within the United States. Shipping availability may vary for certain products based on size, weight, or carrier restrictions. 

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use trusted third-party carriers and freight services to deliver solar equipment safely and efficiently. Shipping methods may include standard ground shipping, freight delivery, or curbside delivery, depending on the product type and order size. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately based on the product, order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment is incorrect due to an error by Clean Power Store. 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times vary depending on carrier, location, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control. Clean Power Store is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment has left our facility

Freight Deliveries

Large or heavy items such as solar panels, batteries, and complete solar kits may ship via freight. Freight deliveries are typically curbside only and require the customer to be present at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for unloading and moving freight items unless otherwise arranged in writing. 

Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. If visible damage is found, it must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Any concealed damage must be reported to Clean Power Store within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage and packaging, so we can assist with a claim. 

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Clean Power Store is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.  

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Requests for changes must be submitted as soon as possible and are subject to approval. 

International Shipping

At this time, Clean Power Store does not offer international shipping unless specifically approved in writing.
